Switch off the flame and keep the pan aside. Heat some oil in another pan. Add mustard seeds and wait for them to crackle. Next, add the urad daal, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, and Kashmiri red chili. Add this seasoned oil into the mango mix. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Now, serve hot with rice or chapati.
4) Mango Fritters
Your kids will love this delicious after-school snack. It is easy and healthy replacement for fried chips. To prepare healthy mango fritters; you require the following ingredients:
● Mango slices - 1 cup
● Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
● Gram flour - 3/4 cup
● Chili powder - 2 tsp
● Coriander powder - 2 tsp
● Green chili paste - 1 tsp
● Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
● Salt to taste
Combine all the spices in a deep bowl. Add water to prepare a
